Kim Miller is a seasoned marketing executive, growth strategist, entrepreneur, and educator with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations strengthen their brands, align their teams, and accelerate growth.
After a rewarding seven-year tenure as Vice President of Marketing for a nationally recognized fundraising organization, Kim launched Heart & Revenue in 2024 to help businesses, nonprofits, and growth-focused organizations navigate complex marketing challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Known for her ability to connect strategy with execution, Kim helps organizations identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and build marketing functions that drive measurable results. Her approach combines analytical thinking with a deep understanding of human behavior, enabling organizations to better understand their audiences, strengthen customer relationships, and create meaningful, sustainable growth.
Throughout her career, Kim has led marketing initiatives across a wide range of industries, including education, child care, hospitality, nonprofit, professional services, and fundraising solutions. This diverse experience allows her to bring fresh perspective, cross-industry insights, and practical solutions to every engagement.
In addition to Heart & Revenue, Kim is the Founder and CEO of FemFoundry, a relationship-driven business ecosystem that connects organizations with experienced women entrepreneurs, consultants, and subject matter experts. Built on the belief that businesses grow faster when they have access to the right expertise and trusted relationships, FemFoundry helps organizations solve challenges, accelerate growth, and gain access to specialized talent and strategic support.
Kim also serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University, where she teaches marketing and helps prepare the next generation of business leaders. Her passion for learning, leadership, innovation, and community informs the work she does every day with clients, students, and business owners.

For more than a decade, Brad served as a Technical Product Manager at AT&T, leading cross-functional teams responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing technology solutions that improved business performance, streamlined operations, and enhanced customer experiences. Throughout his career, he has helped organizations navigate complex technical challenges while ensuring technology investments align with broader business objectives.
As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the workplace, Brad specializes in helping organizations identify practical opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve efficiency, increase productivity, and create capacity for higher-value work. His approach focuses on real-world business applications rather than technology for technology’s sake, helping teams implement solutions that deliver measurable results.
At Heart & Revenue, Brad partners closely with marketing teams to uncover opportunities where AI can eliminate repetitive tasks, improve collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and increase productivity. Brad earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond and later continued his education through graduate studies at Harvard University. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Financial Technology (FinTech) at Kennesaw State University, where he is expanding his expertise in the rapidly evolving fields of technology, AI, and digital innovation.
